Wild Hunt

 

Cam Dwyer only asks that his family at the Calhoun ranch let him play the role of the happy-go-lucky youngest kid, without probing into his abusive background. But Cam’s fragile peace shatters when he sees ghost riders in the sky one dark winter night and hears the sinister wind calling him. Tormented by guilt over abandoning her religion, Esther refuses to believe what she learns of the dark supernatural forces at Sigurd’s command. But as Esther’s quest for answers unfolds, all signs point to one ice-cold truth: Sigurd is using her sister as prey for a horde of hungry ghosts from ancient Germanic legend, the Wild Hunt.
